Armenia will appeal to the International Court of Justice regarding the Lachin checkpoint; Yeghishe Kirakosyan

In the coming days, Armenia will apply to the International Court of Justice because Azerbaijan has set up a checkpoint on the only road connecting Artsakh to Armenia, the Lachin Corridor. Yeghishe Kirakosyan, the representative of the Republic of Armenia on International Legal Affairs, reported this. Sputnik Armenia says it.

"This latest development, which refers to establishing a checkpoint, is already a flagrant inconsistency. If up to this moment, the lack of influence on the actions of eco-activists was manipulated, which was not taken seriously anywhere, now it violates the court's decision with much more specific actions. Naturally, we will take steps in this direction and are already working. Shortly, we will take a step within the framework of the court," Kirakosyan said.
