"It is not yet a fact that we will sign," Pashinyan about the peace treaty

RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan referred to the possibility of signing a peace treaty with Azerbaijan.
"First, it is not yet a fact that we will sign. I hope I am ready to sign within the framework of addressing the problems mentioned in my speech yesterday; without signing it, everything will not be as we want," he said, adding: "It is important for us that the negotiations also include guarantees. And the lack of guarantee is the most important feature of our international situation."
He stressed that he is ready and hopes that a peace agreement will be signed within the framework of the issues he addressed.
