Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to the Yezidi community of the Republic of Armenia on the occasion of the Malake Taus holiday.
"Dear representatives of the Yezidi community of Armenia,
I warmly congratulate you on the occasion of the New Year, the Malake Taus holiday.
The Yezidi community of Armenia has earned the respect of all citizens of the Republic of Armenia and state institutions with its work, civic devotion, and zeal for national traditions. The Armenian government supports the Yezidi community in education, national culture and language, preservation of rules, and other issues and will continue to support it.
Dear friends,
I am sure your future generations will also be loyal to civic consciousness and national traditions, enriching the multicultural palette of the Republic of Armenia.
Congratulating again on the occasion of the Malake Taus holiday, I wish that the coming year will be a peaceful, fruitful year for the design and implementation of new and effective programs for all the citizens of our country, particularly for the Yezidi community of Armenia."
