"We have serious plans to restore the gap in the military balance," Prime Minister (VIDEO)

RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, in response to the question of the National Assembly deputy Vigen Khachatryan, stated that the reforms of the army should start with changes in thinking. "I once said that poverty is in people's heads, now the reform of the army should first start with a change of mindset. In addition to the physical change, the content change is also significant. We have problems, the solution of which is not always a problem of money. Until today, there has been no issue we have solved due to a lack of money. I still say today that they are forcing peace. We won in 1994, so why didn't we force it? In my opinion, they create peace, if it is by force, then why didn't they force it?" he said.

To Khachatryan's question, what plans are there to balance the gap between the armed forces of Armenia and Azerbaijan, he said: "We have serious plans to restore that rift, but I think we should not discuss it publicly. I am ready to discuss these issues with my political teammates and the parliamentary opposition."
