On April 17, Deputy Speaker of the RA National Assembly, special representative of Armenia in the normalization of Armenia-Turkey relations Ruben Rubinyan, met with US Deputy Secretary of State Erica Olson.
At the guest's request, Ruben Rubinyan presented the details of the normalization process of relations between Armenia and Turkey. Erika Olson said that the US supports the settlement process. The parties emphasized the importance of the early implementation of the agreement on opening the land border for citizens of third countries and diplomatic passport holders this summer.
The Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly presented the situation in Nagorno Karabakh. The sides also discussed issues related to regional security and stability.
