Anahit Manasyan was elected RA Human Rights Defender. 69 MPs participated in yesterday's closed-secret voting in the National Assembly. As a result, 69 MPs voted for Manasyan and 0 MPs against it.
The voting was held yesterday, but due to the border tension, the extraordinary session planned for the evening was not maintained, and the results were presented only today.
Thus, Anahit Manasyan is the sixth HRD of RA.
