Reference was made to the active interaction of the stock exchanges of Armenia and Poland

The President of the Republic, Vahagn Khachaturyan, received the delegation headed by Radoslav Fogiel, the President of the Poland-Armenia Friendship Group.

Welcoming the guests, the president said. "I welcome you to the Republic of Armenia. I am well aware of the great work you are doing to strengthen and develop Armenia-Poland relations, and I express my gratitude for the work you have done.

Parliamentary diplomacy has a great place in our relations, which can also stimulate the joint work of other branches of government. Both our countries are going through difficult times. It is not peaceful in our region. I am sure that our activities aim to achieve peace in the region's challenging conditions.

And in this regard, it is essential for Armenia that you are with us in these difficult days. This refers to the closure of the Lachine Corridor. In our joint work, we have one goal to pass on to you the available information; asking you to pass on this reliable information to all our partners in other countries because, unfortunately, our neighboring country has great opportunities to spread misinformation and is trying to make our partners face the truth by saying as if Armenia does not want to hold peace talks, as if Armenia is causing tension in the region. I am sure that your visit will be beneficial in this regard."

Expressing his gratitude for the reception, Radoslav Vogiel specifically noted this in his speech. "It is a great honor for us to be here. Certainly, we would all agree that parliamentary diplomacy is an essential part of real diplomacy. We are hopeful that our relations at both the parliamentary and executive levels will continue to deepen, taking a positive direction. We will work in different areas, and our cooperation will be developed in different areas. Still, the main emphasis will be on the issue of security both in this region and Europe."

During the meeting, a wide range of agenda issues of Armenian-Polish cooperation were discussed. I've referred to the active interaction of the stock exchanges of Armenia and Poland, the prospects of the former's expansion, and the possibilities of promoting Armenian-Polish trade and economic relations.

During the conversation, President Vahagn Khachaturyan emphasized bilateral and active cooperation with Poland within the framework of the Eastern Partnership. The President noted that Armenia is committed to the agreements reached with the European Union and responsibly approaches the principles of establishing democratic institutions and protecting democratic values.

During the meeting, several regional realities were touched upon. The importance of establishing a stable and lasting peace in the South Caucasus, the priority of humanitarian issues, and the need for the regular operation of the Lachin humanitarian corridor, were emphasized.
