RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan referred to the speech of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev at the government meeting, where he stated that RA must accept their conditions. Otherwise, there will be no peace agreement.

The Prime Minister recalled the quadrilateral declarations of October 6, 2022, and the tripartite principles of Sochi on October 31, 2022, "After these statements, which are a direct record of the fact that the borders of the Soviet republics have become state borders, Azerbaijan continues to talk about delimitation based on some historical maps, which is unacceptable for the simple reason that it contradicts at the highest level. to the written agreements reached. This is Azerbaijan's way of breaking agreements, which is why we insist that reliable international negotiation mechanisms are needed to implement the Armenia-Azerbaijan peace treaty and the agreements reached in the Stepanakert-Baku format regarding the security and rights of the people of Nagorno-Karabakh."
Nikol Pashinyan emphasized that Azerbaijan is developing the situation towards a new escalation, "This speech once again demonstrates that our government has read Azerbaijan's messages correctly from the beginning, and this continuous policy and speech questioning the right to exist is the reason for the non-resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict."
