RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan referred to Ilham Aliyev's speech in Talish, calling it aggressive, "What happened in Talish is a real and valid proof of the ethnic cleansing and genocidal policy carried out by Azerbaijan. In that village, depopulated due to the 2020 war, Azerbaijan is demolishing houses owned by Armenians and building houses for Azerbaijanis instead. What we have warned about for a long time is now a reality."
According to the Prime Minister, the leadership of Azerbaijan shows its model of guaranteeing the rights and security of the Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh, or "integration," to demolish the houses owned by property rights, to build homes intended for Azerbaijanis in their place, at the same time, to erase the Armenian inscriptions from the ancient Armenian monuments and consider the issue resolved. Pashinyan recalled the tripartite statement of November 9, 2020, which refers to the return of refugees.
