For decades, the authorities have been in the role of beggars

Vigen Khachatryan, deputy of the KP faction of the National Assembly, stated that their goal is to act so that Artsakh does not de-Armenianize.

According to him: "The real danger is there today. Today, the issue is not that Artsakh be recognized as an independent state... I would very much like it to be identified; we see that the question is not being answered, and we cannot make it independent.

We will pursue the solution to the rights and security problems of the people of Artsakh. Moreover, realizing that Azerbaijan is not a guarantee, we are following the issue that these agreements have international contracts because we cannot guarantee with our strength."

Khachatryan referred to Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov's latest statements: "Lavrov does not say that Azerbaijan closed it; he does not say that Azerbaijan attacked and occupied the sovereign territory of Armenia. They say that you don't work well with Russia, that it is in Russia's interests to act like that, and we have no right to be offended by Russia.

Are you an ally, or who are you? Are you going to fulfill the arrangements or not? This is what the Armenian authorities have not done for tens of years; they have been in the role of beggars."
