NA Speaker Alen Simonyan stated that the negotiations with Azerbaijan are proceeding through different channels.
"Different issues are discussed through different channels. There are some issues that the authorities of Artsakh participate in and talk about. They are, in particular, the issues related to Nagorno-Karabakh. Contract offers are exchanged through various channels. The main way is the exchange through the Russian side," he said, stressing that the leading actor remains the Russian Federation, but there are also initiatives by the USA and France.
