"The issue of the rights and security of the people of Nagorno-Karabakh is significant for us and one of our key goals. It is our perception that it would be right for the people of Nagorno-Karabakh to be the primary pursuers of this issue," said RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
According to him, the main conversation should occur between Baku and Stepanakert, "The processes bring us to the conclusion that it is not possible to move forward without international mechanisms and guarantees," said Pashinyan, recalling that in Munich, the President of Azerbaijan noted that there is an international agreement on the rights and guarantees of Karabakh Armenians. Still, after meetings with the representatives of Nagorno-Karabakh and Azerbaijan, it turned out that Baku offered to discuss the integration issue, "Let's see how the vocabulary changed within a month. The problem is not the words but the agreement and Azerbaijan's continuous practice of not keeping them. And the scope of the rights and security of the NK people, by and large, the NK people and the government should decide."
