RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has stated that he will not sign a document, after which he will not be able to look the people and his family members in the eyes.

Our problem today is not the tripartite declaration; on the contrary, if the tripartite declaration were fully respected, we would not have all this. Our problem is the non-implementation of that statement, and the lack of guarantees and guarantors is the reason," Pashinyan said.
