Yuri Babakhanyan was jointly appointed as RA Ambassador to Nepal.
"Based on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, by Article 132, Part 1, Clause 2 of the Constitution, and Article 14, Part 1 of the Law on Diplomatic Service.
Yuri Babakhanyan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Republic of India, shall be jointly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal (residence: New Delhi)," said the presidential decree.
So that you know, Babakhanyan is the RA ambassador to India and Sri Lanka.
