Hikmet Hajiyev, the assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, announced, "Armenia hoped that the CSTO would help it keep the territories of Azerbaijan, but the organization did not want to be a tool of Yerevan's adventurous policy."
"Armenia believes that the whole world owes it, and everyone should come and fight for them against Azerbaijan. Their groundless claims are not accepted, and then they are insulted by everyone in Yerevan," he said.
Hajiyev says CSTO members know very well that "Armenia is playing a double game. For example, the recent incident when Yerevan refused to hold the organization's military exercises in its territory."
