The advice of March 1 is that the government and the people should not have dividing lines

The monument commemorating the victims of March 1, 2008, was opened in Yerevan.
Yerevan Deputy Mayor Tigran Avinyan, referring to the council of March 1 in his speech, said: "The thought of March 1 teaches us a lesson that the government and the people should not have dividing lines. When those lines are present, it leads to crimes like March 1."
