Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan wrote on Twitter:
"Our meeting today was due to a disaster that cost many lives.
Being in Turkey at this challenging moment, I want to express Armenia's willingness and will to build peace in the region, establish diplomatic relations and fully open the borders between Armenia and Turkey."
