The EU special representative responded to Ararat Mirzoyan's visit to Turkey

On his Twitter microblog, EU Special Representative Toivo Klaar referred to the upcoming visit of Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan to Turkey.
"This historic visit followed the decision to support a neighbor needing help. I hope this is a harbinger of upcoming events in Armenian-Turkic relations," Toivo Klaar wrote.
