Serdar Kilic, the representative of Turkey in the negotiations with Armenia, wrote on Twitter.
"Thank you, dear Vahan Kostanyan, dear Ruben Rubinyan, for your efforts that made this possible. I will always remember the generous support sent by the people of Armenia to help ease the suffering of our citizens in the earthquake zone in Turkey."
