On February 10, RA Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan spoke with US Deputy Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Karen Donfried. The interlocutors touched on regional security issues.
Thoughts on the settlement of Armenia-Azerbaijan relations and the humanitarian crisis in Nagorno-Karabakh were exchanged. Ararat Mirzoyan reaffirmed the need to remove Azerbaijan's illegal blocking of the Lachin Corridor as soon as possible and restore the corridor's regular regime defined by the tripartite declaration of November 9, 2020, without any preconditions.
