Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to the Speaker of the House of Representatives of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow, on his appointment. The message states:
"Your Excellency,
I heartily congratulate you on the status of the national leader of Turkmenistan and your appointment as the president of the highest representative body, Halk Maslahaty.
I am confident that you, as the national leader of the Turkmen people, will continue to contribute to the sustainable development and prosperity of Turkmenistan.
I remember our meetings with great satisfaction and warmth, during which new prospects for developing the bilateral agenda were outlined.
With joint efforts, we will succeed in qualitatively raising the Armenian-Turkmen political dialogue to a new level, mutually beneficial economic cooperation, and enriching the historical pages of the centuries-old friendship between our peoples with recent achievements.
I wish you good health, new successes, and peace and well-being to the friendly people of Turkmenistan."
