"On behalf of the US Embassy in Armenia, we express our deepest condolences regarding the tragic death of Armenian servicemen due to a fire that broke out in one of the Armenian military units today, and we wish the victims a speedy recovery.
At this challenging moment, we express our support to those who are mourning their loss," states the charge d'affaires of the US Embassy in RA, Chip Laitinen, in the message of the servicemen who died as a result of the fire in the village of Azat.
