Mher Grigoryan and EBRD Vice President discussed possible new directions of cooperation
Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan received the delegation led by Mark Bowman, Vice President for Policy and Partnerships of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), who arrived in Armenia on a regional visit.
During the meeting, the progress of the projects implemented in Armenia with the EBRD and possible new directions of cooperation were discussed. The Deputy Prime Minister emphasized the importance of EBRD cooperation with the private sector, stressing its importance in developing a business culture in Armenia and increasing the transparency of businesses.
The interlocutors exchanged ideas on issues related to infrastructure development, particularly road construction and cooperation in the energy sector. Reference was also made to the role of EBRD in developing the stock market.
