The Information Headquarters of Artsakh informs that it is the second day since the accident in the Aghavno-Berdzor section of the 33rd km of the only high-voltage line feeding Artsakh from Armenia, Goris-Stepanakert 110 kV, and the people of Artsakh face a new challenge, not having the opportunity to receive electricity from Armenia. The electricity supply of the Republic is carried out through a limited local resource with appropriate restrictions.
The Azerbaijani side does not provide an opportunity to carry out emergency rehabilitation works in the mentioned place, grossly violating all the norms and principles of international law and deepening the humanitarian crisis among the civilian population, which has been under siege for a month.
