In January, the governors will meet with the new technical mission group of European observers. Vayots Dzor region governor Ararat Grigoryan said in a briefing with journalists today that the EU observation group has yet to meet with the RA governors, the format is still being discussed, and it is assumed there will be a meeting in the next few days.
According to him, the previous mission of observers, in his opinion, had a deterrent role for Azerbaijan.
Referring to the situation in Jermuk, the Governor of Vayots Dzor said that some hotels were overcrowded on New Year's Day.
