According to the decision of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council, Armen Simonyan, Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Republic of Armenia, was awarded the medal "for contribution to the development of the Eurasian Economic Union" for making a significant contribution to the development of the Eurasian Economic Union.
RA Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan handed the medal to Armen Simonyan.
