President of the Republic Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulatory message to French President Emmanuel Macron on his birthday.
The message states explicitly:
"Your personal contribution to strengthening friendly ties between Armenia and France and developing mutually beneficial cooperation is invaluable.
The centuries-old friendship between the peoples of Armenia and France, privileged relations between our countries, the existing high-level political dialogue, and mutual trust are a stable basis for further expansion and deepening of Armenian-French cooperation.
With joint efforts, we will contribute to the effective implementation of the bilateral agenda.
I highly appreciate the role of France as the co-chair country of the OSCE Minsk Group and, in particular, your involvement in the peaceful settlement and fair solution of the Nagorno Karabakh problem.
