Diplomatic efforts should be redoubled. Deputy Secretary General of the United Nations

During the discussion on the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh at the UN Security Council session, UN Deputy Secretary-General Miroslav Yenca stressed that they are not represented there.
He states, "The UN is not present in the Lachin Corridor, and the area is under the responsibility of Russian peacekeepers. Therefore it cannot confirm the parties' claims and accusations. Diplomatic efforts should be redoubled."
