During the discussion on the situation around Nagorno-Karabakh at the UN Security Council session, the representative of Russia stressed the importance of opening the Lachin Corridor while emphasizing the need to fulfill tripartite statements.
"All controversial issues between Armenia and Azerbaijan should be resolved by political and diplomatic means," Evstigneeva said.
