NA Vice President Ruben Rubinyan countered the opposition MPs' criticisms in his speech.

Are you serious?'
Rubinyan also recalled the statement of November 9, 2020, citing the provision from there, according to which "Lachin Corridor (5 km wide), which will ensure the connection of Nagorno Karabakh with Armenia and at the same time bypass the city of Shushi, remains under the control of the peacekeeping troops of the Russian Federation ". According to Rubinyan, "Lachin Corridor is under the control of the Russian peacekeeping troops. Azerbaijan, for its part, has committed itself not to endanger the free traffic there in any way."
According to him, the Russian peacekeeping troops should restore direct control over the Lachin Corridor, "If you agree, come and say yes. But don't come and say that the government is the only one responsible for it; they are trying to put the responsibility on others."
