The Head of the General Staff and the Chinese Ambassador discussed issues of continuing cooperation in the field of peacekeeping missions

Head of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia, 1st Deputy Minister of Defense, Major General Edward Asryan, received the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of Armenia, Fan Yun.
Senior Colonel An Qian, Attaché for Defense Affairs of the Chinese Embassy, was also present at the meeting. The sides appreciated the level of bilateral cooperation, including in the defense sector.
The interlocutors expressed readiness to continue cooperation in peacekeeping missions, military education, and medicine, as well as organizing mutual visits of high-ranking delegations.
