At the session of the Security Council, RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced that RA Finance Minister Tigran Khachatryan would be appointed RA Deputy Prime Minister and Deputy Minister Vahe Hovhannisyan would be appointed RA Finance Minister in his place.
