Vigen Khachatryan, deputy of the NA "Civil Agreement" faction, announced that the Lachin corridor would be opened, and there would be no concessions, "I think the authorities of Karabakh have the right position that they do not make concessions. The people of Artsakh should not give up their independence in this case. I don't think the people of Karabakh will agree on setting up a customs post. On the other hand, we have always said that we must protect the positions of the Karabakh authorities, and they mustn't change their position during this time."
According to Vigen Khachatryan, this dilemma should be resolved through Baku-Stepanakert negotiations, "The new state minister of Artsakh announced that if Azerbaijan accepts their subjectivity, they are ready to negotiate. This is the right direction; this problem should be resolved in the Baku-Stepanakert negotiations."
