RA President Vahagn Khachaturyan wrote on his Twitter page:
"By closing the Lachin Corridor, more than 120,000 people - children, elderly, women, and men - are deprived of a vital opportunity to enter Armenia and the whole world. On the 2nd day of another challenge, the people of Artsakh face an ontological problem. An urgent and targeted response from the international community is a must."
