Edmon Marukyan, Ambassador with Special Assignments of the RA, wrote on his Facebook page:
"In severe winter conditions, Azerbaijan cut off the gas supply in the entire territory of Nagorno-Karabakh, parallel with the second day of blocking the only road connecting Artsakh to Armenia. We are dealing with a humanitarian disaster to which the international community must respond appropriately."
