Andranik Kocharyan, Chairman of the Standing Committee on Defense Affairs of the National Assembly, referred to the recent actions of Azerbaijani "environmentalist" activists.
According to him, the authorities of Azerbaijan are carrying out well-planned provocative actions, creating tension in Artsakh, "Naturally, they expect this tension to be transferred to Armenia. Let's be cold-hearted; their wishes are theirs, and our goals remain the same. A safe life for our compatriots in Artsakh and building a security environment in the joint security area of Armenia and Artsakh."
According to Andranik Kocharyan, Azerbaijan should know that such steps force Artsakh and Armenia to prioritize their security environment, "They make learning from our failures happen much faster."
