"There are two texts of the peace agreement." the Secretary of Security Council

Armen Grigoryan, the Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, stated that there are two versions of the text of the peace agreement. Russia proposed one, and the other was Azerbaijan, which they are working on. According to him, the West did not offer any text to Armenia, "The West tried to create an environment for negotiations. Moscow is also trying to create such an environment. The messages received from both sides are important to achieve peace. Armenia and Azerbaijan are the main beneficiaries, and we should try to work in this direction."

Armen Grigoryan elaborated on the question of whether the Russian version is not more profitable, which proposes to leave the issue of the status of Nagorno-Karabakh to the future. "We have said we favor it; let's move forward. We said publicly and privately before the Sochi meeting that the package proposed by Russia should be mentioned in the Sochi statement, but it was not mentioned. Why? It would be more correct to ask Russia."
