"Armenia is working on the text and will soon transfer it to Azerbaijan." Armen Grigoryan on the peace treaty
In a conversation with journalists today, Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan said that they continue to work on the text received from Azerbaijan, "We are working to return it to Azerbaijan and organize a meeting shortly. Armenia will make every effort to have a peace agreement by the end of the year."
"Now, being closer to the end of the year, it is difficult to say that it will be completed by the end of the year, but we will continue to work, and it will depend on the results of the work," said Grigoryan.
Grigoryan noted that Armenia would soon transfer the edited version of the text to Azerbaijan.
As to why the signing of the peace treaty is not possible, the RA SC Secretary says that Armenia has invested all its efforts in that direction.
