During the NA-Government question-and-answer session, RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan presented some details of the meeting of the Deputy Prime Ministers of Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Russia in Moscow.
Nikol Pashinyan informed us that the reopening of the Yeraskh-Ordubad-Meghri-Horadiz railway was discussed, "I can't say that we have any concrete results, but I want to reaffirm that Armenia is ready and interested in implementing that program, and our proposal remains valid. We are ready to start the restoration of the railway a day earlier. We have previously voiced our ideas and are ready to start the railway restoration works from the moment of general agreement on them. I think it is unnecessary to say our perception that railways and roads should operate within the framework of RA legislation. At any moment, when we make this record on paper, we are ready to start the work from that moment."
