Alen Simonyan was right, and Lavrov was wrong; President of the National Assembly

In a briefing with journalists, the Speaker of the National Assembly, Alen Simonyan, referred to the latest statements of the Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, saying that Lavrov "doesn't come out right" when he announced in Prague that Armenia has already left Artsakh as part of Azerbaijan.

According to Simonyan, "In that same statement, he also told a version, which I once presented as the Russian version, if you like, Lavrov's version. He once again confirmed that there was a Russian version and, contrary to his statement, after my favorite video with Russian journalists, he confirmed that Alen Simonyan was right, Lavrov was wrong."

As for the Prague statement, Simonyan said that the information does not contain what Lavrov said, "Artsakh is not left out of the process under any circumstances; there is a planned format in which Artsakh and Azerbaijan should converse. There was an option where Artsakh was left out, but Armenia rejected those talks and did not enter into those talks."
