RA Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan referred to the Armenian-Azerbaijani negotiations.
According to him, the negotiations towards the settlement of relations are at an active stage."A document is circulated, that is, a new edition of the paper every time. We have received the following proposals from the Azerbaijani side and will come forward with recommendations. Unfortunately, the parties' approaches are very different on many issues. Still, the negotiations are also negotiations to find common ground between distant positions and have a joint result."
