RA Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan referred to the closure of the Lachin corridor of the Azeri commune for a few hours in the National Assembly. And in general, I think that the parties can present grievances, proposals, and demands to each other only within the framework of the agreements reached, recorded, accepted by all parties, and publicized. Submission of new demands may be aimed at aggravating the situation. Intentional or not, it's a matter of interpretation."
Referring to the statements of the Azerbaijani side about the presence of the RA Armed Forces in the NK territory, Mizoyan emphasized that the RA does not have troops in the NK territory. "When the ontological danger of ethnic cleansing of NK Armenians disappears, I think NK Armenians will be able to discuss various other possible scenarios. At this moment, there is an ontological danger. I repeat, RA does not have any armed formation or military unit there."
