Eduard Aghajanyan, the chairman of the NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations, announced that Armenia had received the package of the peace treaty transferred by Azerbaijan, "We have received Azerbaijan's proposals, which are the response to our proposals. It can be said that the third stage of these proposals is being discussed. Since these are not details subject to publication, I cannot make them public," he said during the press conference. Aghajanyan did not rule out the possibility of a meeting between the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan or the foreign ministers before the end of the year.
It should be noted that yesterday, during the meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said, "Azerbaijan has prepared and presented to Armenia a draft peace settlement agreement. The third round of negotiations between the republics can occur before the end of this year."
