It won't be easy to ensure the security of Artsakh without Russian peacekeepers

Seyran Ohanyan, head of the Armenia faction of the National Assembly, expressed his opinion that without the Russian peacekeeping forces, it will be challenging to ensure the security of the people of Artsakh. It will be difficult to ensure the safety of the people of Artsakh."
As for the incident of the Azerbaijanis blocking the road connecting Armenia to Artsakh, Ohanyan said, "A concept of survival and activity of Artsakh should be developed. One of the directions, besides security, social, economic, etc., is foreign policy. The relations with the peacekeeping forces should be clarified within the foreign policy framework."
