Edmon Marukyan, chairman of the "Enlightened Armenia" party, Ambassador with Special Assignments, favors preserving the parliamentary governance model in Armenia.
Today, at the session of the Constitutional Reforms Commission, he said. "I will defend the preservation of the parliamentary system here."
According to him, RA has not completed the phase of transition from the semi-presidential system to the parliamentary system.
