Azerbaijan handed over the bodies of 13 Armenian service members to the Armenian side. Ministry of Defense

The RA Ministry of Defense has issued a message which states explicitly:
"On November 28, Azerbaijan handed over to the Armenian side the bodies of 13 Armenian soldiers who died during the defense of the sovereign territory of Armenia on September 13-14."
