President Vahagn Khachaturyan congratulated Albanian President Bayram Bega on Independence Day.

The President of the Republic, Vahagn Khachaturyan, sent a congratulatory message to the President of Albania, Bayram Bega, on the occasion of the Independence Day of the Republic of Albania.
The message specifically states:
"Armenia attaches importance to the development of mutually beneficial cooperation with Albania in all areas of mutual interest.
I am sure that due to joint efforts and consistent work, the existing potential between Armenia and Albania will contribute to the development of Armenian-Albanian interstate relations for the benefit of our two peoples.
I wish you good health and success, and peace and prosperity to the people of Albania."
