In an interview with the Belarusian ОNT TV channel, CSTO General Secretary Stanislav Zas said that the CSTO proposed complex measures to help Armenia, including sending a mission to the border with Azerbaijan to assess the situation.
"The situation is not normal, especially since there are skirmishes on the border of Armenia and Azerbaijan almost every day," said Zas.
"The CSTO offered Armenia various means of assistance, both political-diplomatic and military, including sending a mission to the border to assess the situation realistically. All states generally supported them."
According to Zas, the only thing that could not be achieved was a consolidated assessment of the situation.
