Ararat Mirzoyan expressed his condolences to Cavusoglu

Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan expressed his condolences to Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu regarding the explosion in Istanbul.

Mirzoyan wrote on his Twitter microblog, "I express my sincere condolences to the families of the victims of the deadly explosion in Istanbul and wish the victims a speedy recovery."
