On Public TV, RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced that if we mutually accept the border of 1991, it is fixed that Azerbaijan will occupy our territory. On that basis, the delimitation of boundaries should take place.
"If the existence of the border was not fixed in Prague, neither the EU nor any other observation mission could come. In this regard, the Sochi announcement is a change in the situation for the CSTO as well; the border has been fixed in the context of the CSTO," said the Prime Minister.
Referring to the peace treaty, the Prime Minister noted that theoretically and practically, a peace treaty can be signed, but after 12 hours, a war starts.
"Therefore, the peace agreement must have an international guarantor or guarantor institution. There are the framework and non-framework versions of the peace agreement under discussion. The delimitation process must be completed before the peace treaty enters into force," said the Prime Minister and added that they would do everything to implement it by the end of the year.
